The care requirements of each individual are different, we recognise the importance of tailoring care packages and reviewing the package of care delivered periodically to maintain its effectiveness and to ensure our clients comfort.

We provide Key Workers, a fully trained individual staff member to support each client in developing a personal care plan, that encompasses the essential aspects of the care delivery, in providing a comfortable living environment and maintaining good health, but also focuses on maximising on the opportunities available to ensure fulfilment and quality of life.

Relatives and Advocates are always made welcome in our care homes, we value their contribution in both developing care plans and in maintaining relationships, we support the principal that within Prime Life care centres there are no strangers, just friends you have yet to meet.
