My mum has been a resident at Sandy Brook since May 2014. The staff have been very caring and thoughtful and helped my Mum (and us) through what was a stressful time when she first arrived. Staff are kind and caring and keep us informed of Mum’s progress and condition. Visitors may come at any time and are made to feel welcome. The staff do a wonderful job and are patient and affectionate towards residents – even when they present difficult behaviour. Very pleased that my Mum is at Sandy Brook and thanks to all the lovely staff!
