What is residential care?
The term residential care refers to the long-term care given to either an adult or child within a residential setting, rather than in their own home.
Here at PrimeLife we pride ourselves on exceeding national standards, and taking an innovative approach to residential care which allows us to go above and beyond whenever possible.
Residential care is based upon allowing trained and professional carers take care of the day to day necessities of life, which gives the patient more freedom to relax and enjoy themselves.
We run a unique program called ‘101 things to do’ which relates to traditional past-times such as bingo, card games and knitting but also extends to full fitted cinema rooms, Nintendo Wii’s and even a gym for the more active.
Our residential care homes
We always exceed national standards in terms of size and facilities offered. Every client is offered a single bedroom, many of which offer additional lounge space, all of which can be personalised. The majority of our bedrooms also offer private en-suite facilities, and many of our new developments can accommodate double beds and fitted wardrobes.
