Care Support Staff
If you have a natural empathy with people then you have an opportunity with PrimeLife. Nursing Care (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
Whether you are newly qualified or wanting a change of scene there is an exciting challenge ahead if you join one of our nursing teams. All of our nurses enjoy fully supported mentoring and training opportunities and will be working alongside highly skilled and motivated care teams, who we expect you to empower to take on additional responsibility around medication and care planning, allowing our Nurses to fully focus on improving our clients healthcare, running clinics to reduce the reliance on medication, to improve nutritional intake and to prevent falls are just a few exciting initiatives you will be involved in, dare we say a real return to your initial vocation!

Our hotel teams provide support to our front line care staff and will be expected to involve and empower our clients to take ownership of their own accommodation, supporting people to help clean their own bedrooms and to engage in daily living tasks, a unique opportunity to help provide a valuable service and to make a difference to our clients lives.

Care Home Management

Care Home Maintenance
PrimeLife employ their own in-house maintenance team, offering 24/7 support to all of our care homes, not only will you be required to have a number of basic skills in order to meet any minor repair or improvement we will also expect you to show an empathy to our clients. Our maintenance team often involve clients in basic maintenance issues, you would be surprised how many retired plumbers, electricians and DIY experts we employ, all willing to help!
We also employ a number of specialist technical service engineers who have led the care industry in the design and implementation of assistive technology in the care industry, the ongoing improvements and repairs we make to our building are vital to ensure our clients not only remain safe and secure but live in a vibrant environment, you could be a part of the most innovative maintenance team in the industry.
The smooth running of our care homes is often contingent upon our administration staff, many of our larger care homes employ reception and administrative staff who manage our front of house/office systems. If you are interested in an administrative post, it would be preferable to have knowledge of all office based procedures, you will need to be fully computer literate and have a pleasant and outgoing nature.
At PrimeLife we have a growing number of volunteers, many of whom are relatives or friends of clients in our homes who simply want to offer something back to others, if you have a few hours to spare then why not get in touch.
