Care Home ManagerAs a Care Home Manager you have responsibility for leading a team of care staff to ensure delivery of an excellent standard of care which promotes independence, dignity and respect and positively enhances the lives of clients living within Prime Life care homes.
You will be required to have a proven management background or have shown the relevant attributes/qualities needed. You will need to be able to demonstrate and role model positive behaviours and have a caring and professional ethos.
