What our staff say

Why is a career in care so rewarding?
Care is so rewarding to know that you’ve made a difference to someone’s life and helped them retain their individuality, dignity and made sure that they are happy and healthy. It brings a great sense of pride in yourself.
What should a potential candidate know?
The learning and training opportunities are good, but there’s no extra bank holiday pay.
