What our staff say

Why is a career in care so rewarding?
It’s making a difference to a client’s day, even if it’s as minimal as tying shoelaces, giving a cup of tea, sitting chatting for awhile. Making a sure they are valued as individuals is very rewarding.
Would you recommend PrimeLife?
They are a progressive company, building new care homes in the community. They pay a fair wage, keeping to government guidance. Holiday pay is an added bonus in the way it is given.
What should a potential candidate know?
There is always room for progressing up the career ladder with PrimeLife, training is given on a regular basis and is very much encouraged.
