Residents and staff At Westerlands Care Centre in Brough have been having fun today with Ruth Strangeways from ‘Motivation to Music’. Singing, clapping, tapping along and dancing were the order of the day. No dull January days for our residents! Its lovely to be able to share their joy.

Loran House enjoyed a visit from a Christmas pony and local school choir. The residents also made some decorations for the birds.

Tiny Tablets provide a way for residents to access the internet and is an excellent way to help enable the elderly to retain engagement with something they love. All tablets are also installed with sensory and learning apps to help engage the brain and maintain focus.
