Testimonials for: Westerlands Care Village

My mother has been in Westerlands since August. I chose this facility because it had a welcoming atmosphere, the residents seemed well groomed and clean and the place seemed very clean and did not smell. Initially I had some reservations about he organisation within the home and this was echoed in the CQC report, however I have seen the staff make real efforts in recent months to put these administrative aspects right. The bottom line is that I have visited at random times throughout the past 6 months and I have never seen my mother treated with anything except the greatest respect.
